Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Erebros, operated by Selena Studio. Samonova (org. 934418891), and forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first-time purchase of a paid plan or lifetime licence, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no complicated conditions. Email support@erebros.io from the address used at checkout, with your order number.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your receipt) or by emailing support@erebros.io.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge you again after that.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the current period once it is under way (except where required by law or under the 14-day guarantee above).

Lifetime licences

Lifetime licences are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days they are non-refundable, as the software is delivered digitally and used immediately.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EEA/Norway)

As a consumer in the EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can lapse once delivery/use begins with your consent — but we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee above regardless, so you are covered either way. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Renewals reminder

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email support@erebros.io with:

the email used at checkout, and
your order / receipt number.

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge without contacting us may result in loss of access.
